About Tickets
Train Park Hakusan has both free and paid areas.
A ticket is required to enter paid areas.
Purchasing Tickets
You can purchase tickets in advance on the internet, or on the day when your visit the park.
To purchase tickets on the day you visit, please use the ticket vending machine located at the entrance.
If you are not sure how to use the ticket vending machines, manned ticket counters are also available for use.

Visitors with a certificate must present the ticket (QR code) they purchased in advance and their certificate to the counter/information desk prior to admission. The difference in fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be made after admission.
Disability fees will be applied to the person with the certificate and one person accompanying them.
* If you are in the process of renewing the original certificate, please present written proof.
* To purchase tickets on the day you visit, please bring your certificate to the counter/information desk.

Eating and drinking at the park
Food and beverages can be consumed at the park, outside on the grassed area and the 5F Observation Deck.
Drinks in plastic bottles or water bottles are allowed in the 3F Children’s Play Area.
Please note that in principle,
no food or beverages can be consumed in other areas.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. Is there a set entry time, and is there a time limit before leaving?
A. Entry times are limited to the time slot of the ticket you have purchased, e.g. the 1-hour slot between 9:00 and 10:00 if you have a ticket for 9:00 to 10:00 time slot.
Exit times differ for each area.
• Shinkansen Learning & Interactive Area No time limit.
• Children’s Play Area 2 hours after admission (e.g.) 9:30 entry is until 11:30
• Shinkansen Observation Area If you have either of the above tickets, you may enter at any time, regardless of the time slot you have purchased.
While there are no specific hours of use, for safety reasons you may be notified if you have stayed for an extended period of time.

Q. What are the cancellation deadlines and fees?
A. You can cancel your reservation up to one day in advance on the internet. No cancellation fees are charged.
Contact the park if you need to cancel on the day of your visit due to unavoidable circumstances.
